Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Achieve4All, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to the cancellation of scheduled camp days. We strive to provide a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy to ensure a positive experience for all participants. Please familiarise yourself with the following guidelines:

Cancellation by Achieve4All

In the event that a camp day is cancelled by Achieve4All due to reasons such as low enrolment, facility issues, staff illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants have two options:

a. Full Refund: You may choose to receive a full refund for the cancelled camp day. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and will typically be returned within 3-5 business days.

b. Rescheduling: Alternatively, you have the option to reschedule the cancelled camp day to another available date within the current camp season. Please contact our customer service team to discuss and confirm the rescheduled date.

Participant-initiated Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a camp day booking on your own accord, cancellations must be made within 7 days of the start of the activity, cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will not attract a refund.
