Nick Glanfield


Nick Glanfield brings over 30 years of business experience leading various large contracts for a number of global IT clients. He has helmed multiple large teams and ensured outstanding results on a global scale. This rich set of experience will enable Nick to steer Achieve4All to the path of success.

A level 2 Cricket coach, He is the official coach at Paignton for the U12 and U13 teams and is the manager of the U9 South Devon District Cricket squad. Also, he has been the captain of the Marldon Cricket Club for 18 years and is currently the Chairman. Apart from Cricket, Nick has taught a wide range of sports in schools including Rocketball, Athletics, invasion games and many more.

Nick understands the need to work in partnership with schools. With his business background, sports coaching knowledge and his vast experience as a school governor, as a Vice-Chair of Governors at the United Schools Federation as Vice-Chair, and a prior stint as the Chair of Governors at Marldon, he is ideally placed to lead Achieve4All to deliver high quality services that meet the needs of the schools, parents and children.

Sarah Lang

Sarah Lang

Sports Business Lead

Sarah completed her PGCE (primary) at Chester University before working as a key stage one teacher in Wirral. Previously she has coached many sports including football and martial arts. While earning her Sports Studies degree at Staffordshire University, she coached her university’s hockey club, captained and coached the rugby league team and represented the England Students rugby league squad. She has also earned her black belt in kickboxing while coaching both children and adults.

Sarah has also spent 10 seasons working at a summer camp in the USA, eventually as the staffing liaison, overseeing training and staff development. She will use these skills in her role as Sports Business Lead at Achieve 4 All, working hard to help our coaches develop their skills to give students the very best quality coaching. She truly believes that fostering a love of sports can help children live a healthier life with better mental wellbeing.

Jake Good

Community Sports and Business Development Specialist

Jake brings a wealth of knowledge to the team from his background in coaching. Since graduating with a BA degree in Sports Coaching and Development, Jake has worked for several years as a teaching assistant including working with pupils with a range of additional needs. Through his work teaching PE and community sports, Jake has coached a huge variety of sports, particularly enjoying American football and handball. Jake loves his job because he is able to give children a chance to de-stress and find the sports they love.

Rhys Moloney

Community Sports and Business Development Lead

Sport has always been a passion of Rhys’s. Having completed an Extended Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science, he went on to graduate from The University of Exeter with a BSC degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences. This was where Rhys gained many of his coaching skills, including placements, such as Paignton Rugby Club. While rugby is both his favourite sport to play and coach, he also enjoys the variety of sports he gets to coach and holds his FA level 1. Rhys enjoys his job because every session is different. He gets to see inspire children to take on new sports, and watch their confidence grow while he helps them progress. And a job where he can stay active? Perfect!

Aaron Lamont

Sports Coach

Aaron Lamont is a Level 1 Football coach, who will shortly be completing his Level 2 qualification as well. He has coached sports in schools previously, ranging from Rounders to Athletics. He is a semi-professional Footballer for Truro City at present, having previously played for QPR. Apart from Football, Aaron is also talented in Basketball, Cricket and Boxing.
Aaron is passionate about children achieving their potential and truly believes that everyone deserves the best support and coaching. A key member of the sports coaching team, Aaron will works towards successfully delivering our services, including high quality PE Lessons.

Roger Bonaparte

Sports Coach

Roger Bonaparte is a UEFA B Licensed football coach who also holds the FA Youth Award in coaching.

He has coached and managed at various levels in his career. He is currently the manager of the Devon Women’s Representative football team and Bideford Ladies FC.

After completing a Maths degree at Lander University South Carolina, Roger continued his playing career with various teams in the Devon and Cornwall with notable success in league and cup competitions.

Roger’s passion is for everyone to achieve their potential through fun positive learning. He will be a top coach delivering PE Lessons to schools and Achieve4All feel that he will be outstanding at helping children achieve their potential
